Hi Stephanie,

We LOVED having it there. We had Mexican food, and it was sooooo good. My only suggestion, is to have everything you decide upon in writing, and have it be very specific. The owner ended up charging us $2 more per person because he said the cost of food went up from when we first agreed upon the cost of food (which added quite a bit to our carefully planned budget), then he also tried to change the color of linens we agreed upon. I had bought all the tabletop decorations to go with the specific lines we choose, once I got pretty upset about it, he did manage to work it out for us, as long as we agreed to the higher cost of food. In the end, it all worked out- and everything that was promised he delivered on. It was beautiful, the food was amazing and everyone had a great time. Overall, I would highly recommend having your reception there!

Thanks so much for your response, Lindsey! I really appreciate all the info. I'm excited about the room and the menu too, but they have been pretty hard to get a hold of; so that makes me worry, especially based on what you said about some of the lack of communication. Again, thanks!
