HEATHER ROSE AND BRIAN'S WEDDING
October, 2008 in Shawnee on Delaware"Our Wedding Day was the most magical day for both of us. It was everything I hoped it would be and then some. The Shanee Inn is the best place to get married outside in October. The colors of the mountains were just perfect and the weather could have not been better. We even had to beautiful things happen by our nature friends during the ceremony. A deer running and hoping across the river, and a beautiful eagle scimming down the river to catch fish. The coctail hour outside under the Pavilion was also lovely. I have to say overall the location was the perfect spot for the outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour and photo's."

"The owner Mira, was the nicest person to work with. We did the whole wedding party of seven, my mother's dress and my gown with her. She was absolutely wonderful."

"Guest seem to have a great time. Only disappointment was the Viennese Table. Did not have what I expected and was not handled very well. Would make sure you get a list of all that is included in it, we were never given a list until after the event to let us know what it included, was only showed a picture before the event, and it was not any where near what the picture showed. Because of our complaint after the wedding, we were given a $200 Gift Certificate to be used at the Shawnee Inn."

"The suite's we had were basically two rooms that were opened up into one, because you had two complete bathrooms that were so small, only one person could fit into it. My daughters suite did have one wall that was completely covered in a big mirror, which made it convient for the girls to use."
