Congrats to you both as well! Our experience with the View on the Hudson was entirely positive! Ralph, the maitre'd was excellent. He was incredibly attentive and organized and took a lot of the pressure off my wife and I. He took great care of our parents and bridal party throughout the night. He was sure to steal us away to be sure we ate something as well got to enjoy everything. The food was excellent and the cocktail hour was amazing. Unfortunately I didn't get to all the different tables we picked, but our guests raved about it. the dumpling table in particular was a huge hit.

The actual dinner was great as all the food came out hot and was very well prepared. We chose the pan-seared halibut, the shell steak and the chicken saltimbocca and all were excellent. The portions were all very impressive with steamed vegetables and roasted potatoes. We chose the black and white cake with the cannoli filling and it was perfect. The frosting isn't too rich or too thick, we really enjoyed it. My Mom, who isn't a big dessert fan finished the entire piece of cake. The consensus from our guests was that the food was some of the best they had eaten at a wedding. We truly enjoyed our day as the view was gorgeous and the service was even better! If you do choose the View on the Hudson, tell Ralph Nick and Debbie said "Hello!".Good luck with your planning and congratulations again!
