October, 2009 in Salem

"Our wedding was absolutely perfect! The Reed Opera House was so accommodating and everything went nearly 100% smoothly. It was really nice to be able to come back the next day and clean up at no extra cost.

October is such a unique month to get married, and it really is the perfect time of year - the weather is cool but not chilly, the leaves are falling and everything is so romantic! Not to mention you're in the off-season as far as weddings go, so it's easy to get a fair deal.

We wouldn't change a thing about our big day. Our friends STILL talk about how it was truly the best wedding they'd ever attended!"

"Rick was everything we could possibly ask from a DJ, and so much more beyond that. He listened to our requests, and had EVERYONE on the dance floor the entire night! Despite our picking the lowest priced package, he included a lot of features from his best packages at no extra cost. I would 110% recommend him to any couple who want an amazing reception with amazing music!"

"My only complaint is that the wedding from the night before wasn't cleaned up on the morning we came in to set up. But the security guard was very helpful and helped us get ready in perfect time."

"Absolutely beautiful at night - the lights around the windows are magical. My only advice - if you're going to dance, be prepared to step outside frequently! It got very stuffy in there, and the windows don't open. The only real issue is that we served alcohol and when our guests wanted to go downstairs, alcohol was strictly prohibited from leaving the venue. Make sure your guests are aware of this rule!"
