"The month of May is a magical time in Indianapolis. From the mini marathon to the Indy 500, Indy has so much to offer. We loved having all the hustle and bustle around us, yet it still felt like a small town. People waved to us on the streets and shouted congratulations. But be prepared to pay as much as tourists during such a busy time. Book your venues early. Overall, I would 100% recommend it to anyone!"

We had to change our honeymoon 3 days before the wedding due to swine flu and they were wonderful. Ask for Geneva Kutin in Fishers/Indianapolis."

"I had my makeup done at MAC in Circle Center Mall for the wedding. I was worried I would have too much makeup, but I loved it. But you shoudl know that trials are not free. You must purchase $50 in products each time they do your makeup. But it turned out great!"

"The capitol building was gorgeous. It made the perfect backdrop and we had andless options for pictures. You cannot get ready there, so you need a hotel nearby. Also, they did not give us a lot of information ahead of time, so we had to make a lot of phone calls in the last months to work out details. Weddings are not their priority, so all things considered, it went well."

"When we were looking for a place to get married, The Marriott stuck out immediately. It is beautiful, the service was exceptional and the staff treated us so well. We had a suite to get ready in, with complimentary champaigne and breakfast. Everything was set up by them so we didn't have to worry about a thing that day. The service at dinner was wonderful too."
