Hi Janet!
First, Congratulations on your future wedding!
We had 65 guests seating in 3 long tables (22, 22 and 21 people each) at each end they put round tables. We used 5 small arrangements with 18 votive candles all around each table. We wanted for all the people in the table to be able to interact with each other and didn't want it to be crowded that is why we keep the arrangements small. Remember that the tables will have drinks, wine, silverware and of course all the plates.
The tables were on the main dining area, between the kitchen and the bar because we used this 3 tables we were able to get the whole area for us. We didn't have cake but they did set up a table for presents on the half wall before the bar.
Im going to add a couple of pictures so you can see the flowers arrangements that we used and a little bit of the set up. Please let me know if I can help you with anything else!

Erika, thank you for the congratulations, I'm sooo looking forward to it. =) And I loved the restaurant very much, the food is delicious.

So you were able to do 3 tables with 65 guests? Then I will definitely get 3 tables for my 70-80 guests...I didn't even realize that I could get the whole area for my wedding party if I did it like that! And the idea of setting up the cake table/present table near the wall that separates the dining area and the bar is perfect, I hadn't even thought of that =) I'm going to speak to the manager sometime this month to discuss the details. I guess I'll have to have more flower arrangements though..when I said "large" arrangements, I meant large square vase arrangements, but they're not tall at all, I'm having hydrangea/rose flower arrangements to keep them full but short so that my guests can talk too. I might have to make it four arrangements per table instead of 3 then. I'm also having votive candles and rose petals around the tables.

Is there anything that you would advise me? How did you arrange the details with the restaurant manager for the setup of the area?

Any advice you can give me would be greatly appreciated! Again, thank you soooo much for helping me out with this, I truly appreciate it. =)

Sorry that it took me so long to respond.

They were great at the restaurant, they make things so much easier for us. They arrange the tables and our florist decorate them with the flowers and candles.

Our only problem was to figure it out how we maked our guests seat on the tables without creating to much "mess", so we printed a list with 3 columns (representing each table) and put the name of our guests and gave that to the manager that was dealing with us. So at the moment that everybody walked in there was a hostess directing each guest to their table.

They also gave us the idea to bring an ipod (you need to bring the aux cable also) with melow music so they could play it during dinner. We forgot to bring cable but their music selection was very nice.

We didn't have cake but we did offer "peruvian pastries". Im original from Peru so I send one friend in the morning of the wedding to the restaurant with the pastries and at the moment of the dessert the waiters also brought them.

Our same friend also brought our favors that where accomodate for the people from the restaurant in each plate.

Let your photographer know that the light in the restaurant is kind of orange and dark so he will be prepare and bring extra light help.
