"Our sunset ceremony at the Lowry Park Zoo on 6/7/08 was the most incredible day ever! I could not have scripted a more perfect day! The entire ceremony and reception flowed so smoothly. Everything was taken care of at the zoo by Chad Lusk, Executive Chef. I had DJ Dave of Bliss Wedding Entertainment supply the music for the venue and he did a great job also!"

RHello Raquel! I was able to coordinate my entire wedding with Chad Luck, the Executive Chef who was incredibly AWESOME in helping plan the most wonderfully perfect day of my life! Now that's it's 10 months later, things may have changed. They have recently opened a new restaurant and they may have directed more responsibility to Marcela. I do not know who she is. My ceremony was fabulous and everything was so perfect! The location in the Ituri Forest was gorgeous, the decor was beautiful-my colors were ivory, chocolate brown, teal and Leopard. The food was incredible, the drinks were delicious & plentiful - I opted for Beer and Wine plus 2 specialty drinks- a Safari Rum Punch and a Blue Margarita that fit the color scheme perfectly! The staff was extremely accommodating and superb and Chad was incredibly awesome as I said! Perhaps I could forward your email and concerns to him and he may be able to help out somehow. I also had a great DJ for all our favorite music, if you'd like to know more just let me know! Good Luck and I hope it's as fabulous as my wedding day! Lora

"Stacey Jensen at Carrollwood Florist was awesome in creating the most gorgeous bridal bouquet I could have ever imagined!!! The complimenting Maid of Honor bouquet, Officiant’s corsage, boutonnieres and toss bouquet were exquisite! In fact, the bridal bouquet continued as a beautiful centerpiece for an additional 10 days! I’ve kept the iridescent crystal rhinestones and peacock feathers as part of my memories!"

"Chad Lusk, Executive Chef of the Lowry Park Zoo was phenomenal!!! With his incredible expertise, creative mind and exceptional talent he managed to develop the most fabulous wedding ceremony and reception that we could ever dream of! The entire day will undoubtedly be remembered for a lifetime! Zoo staff members worked diligently throughout the evening to assure the guests were well cared for. The little things that meant so much from directing the wedding guests to the ceremony location, providing food and beverage service, and at the end of the evening, assisting guests as they departed the zoo by providing security to their vehicles and directions to find their way home. Everyone was incredible and the venue was awesome!!!"
