Michael suggested going with a “family style” for our wedding dinner. It was wonderful. Michael Peterson is our local well-known chef. He prepared the feast. Michael is a native of the area. He attended the world's premier culinary college, The Culinary Institute of America, and trained in Paris at Le Grenadine. He and his wife Rebecca are owners of Siren Hall in Elk Rapids and Lulu’s in Bellaire also. You won't go wrong going with Michael Peterson."
