Hello, I really have nothing negative at all to say about MM. It was the last place out like 11 places I looked at. We got married in October, so it was so pretty with the fall and leaves. I have really no complaints about any of the vendors they make you choose, except our DJ wasn't that great. We use Main Line DJ, I would use one of the other ones. The owner Mimi may come off a little rude, but she isn't that is just her personality. Connie, her helper is a doll and amazing. They food was great!. Any other other specific questions you have?

Thank you for contacting me! I was wondering what package you went with at Meredith Manor. We were thinking of going with the classic plan to save some money, but we are not sure whether we should add the florist they have onto the package so that everything can be taken care of for us or if we just want to do the centerpieces are selves. Did you think the package you chose provided enough stuff...was there enough food? Also, did you use the barn for your dinner or the tent? I really like the tent but we want to get married in August and I am afraid it will be too hot. The barn seems nice, but I can't tell if the dance area is big enough.

Were you able to bring in outside decorations without a problem? Were you able to set up some things the day before your wedding? Did the owners return your entire security deposit?

I really appreciate you taking the time out to answer my questions....booking a place is a big decision and I want to feel comfortable with that decision.

Response from the couple:
We had the grand package, I'm not sure what the classic is, I know they have the grand and the deluxe. I would go with the florist, she is great to work with. Again, she may come off weird/pushy, but she knows her stuff and sticks to it. She is great. There was plenty of food, desserts, etc. We used the tent for our dinner. I believe if you have under 100 people you can use the barn, but I would suggest the tent it's so pretty inside a lit up. I wouldn't worry about the tent getting hot, I know a few people who got married in Summer and it wasn't hot, they keep it cool with the fans. You can bring in whatever you would like the day of your rehearsal. They actually will set up everything for you, which is really nice and you don't have to have that added stress.

We did get the whole security deposit back.
If you do go with MM, I also recommend getting your liquor at Total Wine in Delaware. Any other questions, don't be afraid to ask?
