"Had a WONDERFUL experience with Kathy's florist. They did my bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, all corsages and boutineers, church flowers and reception centerpieces. All of the flowers were amazing and fresh and we got MANY compliments on how beautiful our flowers were. They listened to what we wanted and also gave us tips on what flowers they thought would go well with our color scheme. I could not imagine my wedding flowers being any nicer than they were. Also, the prices were not too bad and they delivered all of our flowers on time and set up our centerpieces for us. They were one of my favorite vendors and I would HIGHLY recommend Nancy's florist for any of your flower needs!!"

"They did our videography for our wedding and we were extremely happy with them! The videographer stayed throughout the entire ceremony and reception and all of our guests were impressed that although she took a lot of film she never got in the way and we hardly even noticed she was there. The video was great and they had it done a week after the wedding. So quick! They captured all of the moments we would have wanted them to get and also had amazing prices. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting videography at their wedding!!"

"She did my makeup for my wedding as well as my mom's makeup. The result was amazing, the makeup stayed on all day and she made me look great while not looking too done up. She also did my mom's makeup and made sure it was age appropriate and my mom was thrilled with how it turned out! We did a trial first and she was very professional and you could tell she had a lot of experience with what she was doing. When the day of the wedding came, I knew she would do a great job and trusted her to do whatever she thought would look best. She did a FABULOUS job and I would highly recommend her to anyone in the Chicago or Northwest Indiana area who is looking for a great makeup artist!"

"We used Avalon Manor for our reception venue and were very happy with them! They made the planning very easy for us and set everything up for us the day of the wedding. We just told them how we wanted everything and they made it happen. The hall is beautiful and the food was AMAZING. We did a combo plate of steak and chicken and all of our guests were very impressed with the food! The only negative thing I would have to say is that our main cake was vanilla and strawberry and we also had a sheet cake that was chocolate and they never cut or served the chocolate cake. At the end of the night they gave us the huge chocolate sheet cake to take home with us. It was nice to have some extra cake, but we would have liked them to have served it to everyone. Other than that, we didn't have any problems and everything ran very smoothly. We would definitely recommend this reception site to friends!!"

"Our guests loved staying at Radisson. The hotel was great, it was close to our reception site and the Irish pub inside made a great place for guests to hang out after the reception ended! They were also easy to work with and kept us regularly updated on how many rooms our guests had reserved."
