The capacity, of the main room, i had 124 and that was a good size. then used the stage for the head table, which was 14. Four people at the round tables is about all you can get, because the chairs are so big. I had to rent some long tables, for the food and head table, from the linen rental company i used. Because the Players Club didn't have that many. I want to say they had like 6 or so.
The catering company, Golden Spice took care of moving the tables and chair, back in place, after the wedding. The rental company, Linens by Harte and Golden Spice moved around the tables and chairs a day before, the wedding and set-up the room for me.

After the head table, was done eating, the catering company moved the long tables and chairs, to the side of the stage. Then the stage was ready for the dance floor.
Price was good, for the main floor. Since you can bring in your own liq.beer and the place is so unique that i didn't have to do much for center pieces and people talked about the hall all night.
Many people don't know about the place, so availability was easy.
