"Did not deliver all the flowers I ordered. When I called they said they did. I told them that my mom, my wedding coordinator and I counted them and were missing a bunch plus some were so wilted they were not usable. My bouquet was beautiful but I was disappointed in the bridesmaids though. They looked sloppy and the white hydrangeas had brown spy's all over them. They were not worth what we paid for them."

" lighthouse trolley picked up our guests after the ceremony  and was to return and pick up the entire wedding party after our pictures and they never showed up. We called about ten times and left messages that we were waiting to be picked up...they never came. We managed to squeeze 10 people into a suv that a groomsman drove back to pick us up in since we were stranded at the church. We were over an hour late for the reception and had to extend our reception and pay for 150 people to drink, pay for another hour with the dj....ect. We contacted the owner (who happens to live across the street from my grandmother on st simons) and he unfortunately has yet to even offer any refunds. All he has done is place the blame on employees and tell me that he bought the company last year after I booked my reservation and did not even get to keep the money I deposited for the trolley last year. Which as i see it is not my problem. The person I spoke to the day before the wedding to confirm the pickups never called me back when we left messages we were stranded. We paid about 700 dollars for fours hours use and we felt cheated. All the owner offered us was a free boat ride on St Simons ....we don't even live there and we own our own boat so we can take a boat anytime we want. Would not recumbent light house trolley. There is another trolley service on the island....definitely go with the other company. If this guy won't do the right thing for his neighbors granddaughter he definitely won't do the right thing for anyone else."
