Hello- We had our wedding at Twelve Oaks this past August. The place was absolutely beautiful, and we were lucky enough to be there during a beautiful sunset! Unfortunately though, we were not happy with the food. It was NOTHING like our tasting that we had a month before the wedding. As far as the planner, we did not work with her, we worked directly with the owner (probably because the place was new). Hope this helped! and Congratulations!

We opted for the self-serve buffet, and we were a little disappointed with the food, honestly. The sample was delicious, but I think due to the fact that the food has to be placed in warmers for the guests to be able to serve themselves, it affects the final result. We loved the place, had an excellent experience there and highly recommend it, but I might consider having the food served rather than doing a buffet.
