"We could not have been more pleased with this 10-piece band. Tim Wynne has been a pleasure to work with. Great variety of music and excellent voices and instrumental pieces. Highly recommend."
Caterer:
Susan Gage Caterers

"Susan Gage provided the finest service and highest quality food experienced at anycatered event we have ever attended. Every guest we spoke with agreed. Food was brought hot to each guest and tasted delicious. Service was attentive and consistent. Portions were generous and seconds were even offered! Since Susan Gage uses local ingredients that are for the most part organic when available we felt good about the food that was served. Only limitation is that they do not accept credit cards, but on the PLUS side they did not ask for ANY payment prior to the actual event. Top notch caterer in every respect."

"Outstanding. A beatiful venue and the staff there was very helpful and gracious. Great experience."
Hotel:
The Beacon Hotel
1615 Rhode Island Ave NWWashington D.C., DC 20036
"The Beacon is an extremely convenient location and was perfect for our event. Most of the guests were very pleased. The Beacon as an older hotel does have challenges in the area of storage. Closets are extremely small and not the best for bringing a lot of clothes you need for events like weddings. We also had a challenge putting the wedding dress in a safe place as it would not fit into the closet space. The staff and management were extremely helpful though in helping to work around these issues. Parking was not an issue as the valet parking ensured the vehicles were safe and accessible on short notice. We were very surprised that the bars (inside and rooftop) shut down at 11:00 pm."
Rehearsal Dinner Venue:
Intown Uptown Inn
4907 14th Street NorthwestWashington D.C., DC, United States
"Although this was arranged by the groom's parents, we want to say that the Intown Uptown Inn was very accomodating. The back yard and patio area provided a very attractive setting, even intimate, service was great and the food was excellent."
Brunch Venue:
Jefferson Hotel
1200 16th Street, NWWashington D.C., DC, United States
"The Jefferson Hotel is one of the finest locations in DC and they provided a lovely setting for our Sunday Brunch after the wedding event. The food was excellent and room very nice. However the service was lacking as we ordered a champagne brunch and this was not served until the host had to ask for the wait staff to make an appearance. Champagne was sitting in buckets within the room but it seemed as if this was intended to be self-service (as the coffee bar was). Also we had ordered special menu cards for each place setting to celebrate Mother's Day and the staff made a decision not to place these on the tables. This was very disappointing, but in the end we had an enjoyable event. We expected the highest level of service especially considering a 21% gratuity is added to the bill regardless of service quality. The staff has since recognized their lack of service and we believe this was just an unusual occurrence on a very busy day."
