JENNIFER AND DAVID'S WEDDING

August, 2009 in Seattle

"We got married in Seattle in August. It was lots of fun! The vendors here are the only ones we used; everything else was DIY (and the reception was at a family member's home)."

"Recently named "Best Pizza" in Seattle by the Seattle Weekly! Their pizza, appetizers, and salads are delicious, and they bring their big wood-fire oven to your venue. The guests really loved this -- even the ones who thought they wanted "traditional" wedding food."

"Niki takes beautiful pictures! Her background is photojournalism, and the result is fantastic candid pictures of family and friends, though she does a great job with the portraits and close-ups of rings, shoes, etc. as well. She's also very easy to work with and has a nice unintrusive style. I'm hoping someday we can hire her for family portraits!"

"A beautiful venue to get married. Seattle Parks and Recreation has a lot of rules. I don't recommend having a reception here due to the rules for food and alcohol (which is not allowed ever, it seems), but $510 gives you three hours in a venue that needs basically no decorating and it amazing for pictures."
