"We had our ceremony on the big balcony (seats 200+), and it was a picture-perfect day. If it does rain, the CBC has a plan B, which involves moving everyone to their tables inside. We wouldn't have minded that (the inside is gorgeous, too), but it was definitely ideal to savor the fresh MN summer air. The only thing some brides & grooms might find a bit annoying about the balcony is the traffic noise below, but if you have good amplification, you'll be more than fine."

"The CBC knows how to host a party! From the service to the food (D'Amico) to the ambiance, this venue is wow-worthy. I'd highly recommend it... if you can snag the date you want (they go quickly)."

"We stayed in the bridal suite (free if your guests reserve 10 or more rooms!), and our guests dominated this hotel. The price is right, it's clean, and they offer a free shuttle to certain wedding venues in the city (must be pre-arranged), but the staff could've been more accommodating and organized. They seemed to have a poor system for recording guest information, so I had to go in twice to check my list against theirs. They weren't going to give us a free shuttle because they didn't think we'd met the 10 room requirement, but when I walked them through my list, they discovered we had reserved about twice that amount. Just be persistent."
