LAYLA AND SAMI'S WEDDING

"I had a very bad experience with this banquet hall. Although the banquet hall itself looks nice, the service was terrible. My wedding reception was supposed to start at 6pm. I had a family member go in advance to see how everything was coming along. The hall was responsible for table cloths, chair covers and centre pieces. At 5p.m, nothing was set up. I had to call the manager who wasn't even there. Some of my guests had to help with the set up. On top of that, the hall FORGOT to put chair covers on the chairs. The reception didn't look elegant with metal chairs. I would not recommend this hall to anyone. The service was not professional.
The decorator which they use is called S & A decor. They did a horrible job as well nor were they pleasant to work with. Our backdrop was part of the package that we took from Red Rose. They contract out to this company for the backdrop. When we went in to meet with the lady working in the S & A decor shop, she was incredibly rude. She was constantly rushing us and gave us nasty looks the whole time for not deciding within 10 minutes. It seems like she was tired from her other clients and wanted to go home since it was around 4p.m. Regardless, in this industry you have to be understanding and have a little patience. I would not recommend them either. I think it's a west indian family business."
