Hi Sarah,
We loved Beacon Hill. The ceremony site is so pretty and intimate. We had 140 people and were very comfortable with 10 tables on the right side of the room when you walk in and 7 on the left. The left could have held 1 or 2 more comfortably. The food and service was excellent. We had a DJ - "Music by Mark". He was excellent as well and very organized. He came to the rehearsal and really took things into his own hands like a master of ceremony should do. The price was probably $47 per plate. We got a break on the bar because we didn't need as much alcohol as the most expensive bar price. We would definitely say it was worth it. There were no additional fees to cut the cake, pour the champange, set up and take down chairs at the ceremony site, etc.

Also, if you need help with programs, menus, table numbers and seating chart, my mom did ours and my brother's wedding and wants to go into business. She is willing to do it for cost of materials until she gets more weddings under her belt.
