BETH AND SHAWN 'S WEDDING
June, 2010 in Xenia"The wedding was amazing. It couldn't have ran more smoothly or been more fun. Hands down it was the best part of our lives so far. It helps that we're now married to our best friend. Wedding Mapper was a great resource to share with our guests. It helped me create the maps for the invitations. The guests all loved it and found it very useful!"

"Music express and new image studios was one of the reasons our wedding ran as smoothly as it did. It is honestly like having two day-of-coordinators (DJ and photographer) working with you to make your wedding as successful as possible. Your guests feed off your energy and the best part of those two working your day is you are stress free. So since you have so much fun, your guests have a blast! Pros: Tim was our dj. But all djs do the same thing for you. He carries your plate so there is no way to get food on your dress. The dj listens to what the couple wants to hear. For example, we did not want rascal flatts played. Someone requested them and the dj said no. Someone asked if they could karaoke. He again said no. The dj completely caters to your needs. He gets a feel for what you're like as a couple and what you say you're looking for from him and it comes out marvelous. I chose them from seeing them in action at a friend's wedding and they did the same thing. Our dj was involved telling us where to be and the only announcements he gave were ones that were approved through us. We asked for country music, but near the end of the night, people stopped dancing. He got the floor jamming again with a ton of people by switching the playlist up to pop, but not before asking us first. We didn't expect that special treatment or them to ask our approval first on anything, but that's how they work. You can even specify someone he can talk to instead of you so you have more time to talk to your guests. Because of them, we had time to eat the food, enjoy the cake, and enjoy every single person there. Cons: the cost threw me off at first, but now that its over and I know what all they do, I would have paid them more than what they charged. As it was, we loved what Tim did so much, we tipped him more at the end of the night. If you're having second thoughts about the dollar dance, we got hundreds of dollars from it we didn't expect. The bridal party dance completely kicked the night off because the bridal party goes out and grabs guests to dance and it may be your only chance of the night to grab your shy cousin who wouldn't otherwise be out on the floor and they leave having a blast. I say all that because those are things we added last minute at the reception...thinking we didn't want them."

"Really fresh flowers. We did the build it yourself appointment. Very well priced and they have staff on hand to help you "do it yourself." All the flowers for the wedding turned out fantastic and beautiful."

Your guests feed off your energy and the best part of those two working your day is you are stress free. So since you have so much fun, your guests have a blast! Steve was our photographer. It was awesome how he worked so fluidly with Tim during the reception. The first look option was priceless and an awesome experience. Our photos came back speaking volumes of the fun we had with our bridal party and our guests. And Steve always seemed to catch us in our best light. He even reaccomplished some pictures because we had extra time and he didn't think his first ones were good enough. We get the rights to our pictures when all is said and done to make whatever copies we want in the future. Steve made sure to check with us to see if there was anyone we definitely wanted a picture with before he left. It was so easy to work with him and the pictures were done so fast, we again could participate in what we valued most - spending time with our guests no matter how far they'd traveled to get there or how long it had been since we'd seen them."

"Had everything I needed and the prices were reasonable. We had some issues getting the sound system to work with our Ipod during the rehearsal but everything was fine for the wedding. You need a 1/8 inch RCA cable to have it work. Best advice - try everything out at the Rental place. Make them show you how it works."

"Wonderful people who work there. When I first went to buy my dress, they didn't care about you taking pictures, etc. but then the dress manufacturers cracked down and said they wouldn't let them sell their dresses if they allowed pictures. Whatever. They are a small business shop and have a ton of styles. I found the perfect dress and even got to visit it whenever I wanted (they store it for you). I live in Hawaii but the wedding was in Ohio and they were VERY accomodating with appointments and getting in last minute. They had all our tuxes ready and everything looked absolutely beautiful. My husband's jaw dropped when he saw my beautiful Maggie Sottero dress. They even steamed my dress and veil again last minute and had it all ready for the day of the wedding."

"Kathy Reno is very accomodating and a very nice lady. She works to make sure you have everything you need and meets with you ahead of time so you can look at the church. She let's you take as long as you want to plan things out....like decorations, etc. She doesn't rush you along. She's there on the day of to make sure everything runs smoothly and there isn't anyone parked in front of the church where your get away car will be."

"The only way to use this is if you are military, but they were amazing. All my guests were given access to the base to attend the reception. All I had to do was drop the centerpieces off and they had everything set up for me. The food was incredible. We had a taco bar and sandwhich bar among other things and even THAT was incredible."
