We had a really good experience working with MVEC. Brenda was very responsive to us and communicated well during our meetings. I recommend planning to do most of your communicating face-to-face with your vendors and make sure that they write down all of the details. It's just too easy to confuse all of the events that they do. The monthly tasting sessions provided us plenty of opportunities to decide on our menu. The room itself worked well for our group (~150+ people) and the garden was beautiful in late May. Brenda allowed us to use her centerpieces without paying a rental fee and was accomodating to our decorating plans. There was a service fee for the waitstaff, but we recieved excellent service during the course of the night.
