Vista, CA, USA"We had so much fun at our wedding and Cool Band Luke was great! Throughout the wedding planning process, Laura Roppe, the lead singer, was always super responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. On the day of the wedding, the band was there hours before the reception began and then rocked out all night. We had a wonderful experience working with Cool Band Luke and would not hesitate to recommend this band to others in the San Diego area for corporate parties or weddings."

"The country club is really nice and we fell in love with the secluded ceremony area down in the golf course when we first visited the club. We also loved the fact that we would have the entire club to ourselves and our guests would be free to roam around to the bar, outside patio, etc. once reception started. We had a really difficult time dealing with the banquet management as the club changed our key contact 3 times without letting us know (we had to find out when we called to confirm our previously made appointments and were told that so and so didn't work there anymore). On the day of the wedding, most things went smoothly and luckily for us, the food was excellent (especially the filet, even though they changed the chef on us 2 wks before our wedding). All in all, it's a beautiful country club, but hopefully management will be more organized in the future."

"Lawrence Welk is a beautiful resort. We initially thought there may be issues checking in early as the regular check-in time is 4pm (and our wedding started at 4:30pm). Luckily, once guests arrived, the resort was able to accommodate everyone's early check-in requests (the request had to be done the day of though). One problem I did have with the front desk is that a lot of our guests did not receive our 'goodie bags' that we've asked the front desk to pass out... In any case, the one bedrooms are really nice, new and clean. The 2 bedrooms are older, but still in decent condition. I would really recommend staying in the 1 bedroom resort as it's much nicer."
