June, 2009 in Plymouth"Our wedding was gorgeous - thanks to the breathtaking views of the vineyard. I would highly recommend Karmere winery as a wedding site. Be careful with weather situations, though. If it rains, the backup plan is to hold the ceremony and/or reception inside the tasting room which is large (when compared to other wineries we've visited), but small when you're trying to fit over a hundred people in it along with tables, bands, DJs, cakes, flowers, etc. Pick a month (like June) when you have little chance of rain. Bring heaters for the evening...it got a little cold on us, believe it or not! Our wedding was June 13th and they predicted rain. Thankfully, the rain held off and the wedding was stunning."

"Tammy is the owner of this family-run catering company. Their pricing was more than reasonable and the food delicious. Tammy went well out of her way to make sure the day went smoothly. They had many challenges to overcome (such as not having a kitchen at the wedding site or running water to rinse after dinner dishes). I highly recommend Tammy's services. Her catering was exceptional!"

"Muzz Musik is owned by Joey Muzz. We didn't get to use Joey, because he was booked on that day. However, he referred us to his partner, Rege Farina. Rege was professional and patient. He went out of his way to accommodate our needs. He even drove an hour and half out to the wedding site (winery) months before just to check out how he might set up his equipment."

"Marilyn (owner) and Haley (owner's daughter)are the main operators of Karmere. They were reasonable and delightful to work with. The winery itself is surrounded by the most beautiful vineyard with views of the valley. Marilyn and Haley did all that they could to accommodate our ceremony and reception needs. Guests who attended our wedding could not stop commenting on how beautiful the site was. With the sun setting, it was like something out of a fairy tale."
