Hey Erica,

We absolutely loved the Vineyard. Everything turned out amazing. It did start raining about an hour before our ceremony was about to take place and it was a little chilly, but everything else was perfect. We had our ceremony out on the patio overlooking the vineyard. It had plenty of space and allowed for a tent to be set up. The staff was so nice and helpful. We really couldnt have asked for anything better. Our wedding was a little smaller. We had about 100 people, and a buffett. For us, there was plenty of room for people to sit down and eat, and to have a dance floor in the upstairs room. I would say that the dance floor was a little less than half of the room. As for the food, we had large buffett tables lined up against one of the walls, we had a separate cake table, and another gifts table.
Personally, I'm not sure you will be able to accomodate 200 people in the upstairs room if you want to eat and have a dance floor there. I'm not sure what your plans were, but you might be able to commodate everyone if you had dinner on the main level and the patio, and then used the upstairs for the dance floor. If you are really set on the Vineyard for the reception, I would talk to Melinda. She is the one that handles all the events and see if she thinks you would be able to work it out so you have everything you are looking for.
