"Everything Chef B provided for our wedding reception meal was beyond our expectations. Almost everyone I spoke with said it was the best wedding food they had ever had. I completely agree. She was very agreeable and willing to try some interesting things. She made some fabulous brownies and home made sorbet instead of having the traditional wedding cake at our request. YUM!! Would highly recommend her for small receptions, dinner parties and small events. Kudos!"

"ERA Vacation Properties helped us locate a beautiful ski chalet outside of Ellicottville on a dead-end road where we held our small ceremony and reception. It was beautiful and fit in perfectly with our type of wedding. A small and intimate affair. We held the wedding on the outside upper deck, then had cocktails on the lower deck as the upper deck was transformed into the reception area. The view was a magnificent backdrop for our Celtic-themed wedding. I hired a bagpiper to play as a surprise during the ceremony and it felt like we were in Scotland with the glorious hills behind us. The chalet would have been able to house us inside if the weather hadn't cooperated. We also had three friends stay with us, so that helped in hotel costs. HIGHLY recommend using this rental agency and renting a chalet for your small wedding."
