Hi Jacki-
No real rules and restrictions they really are quite flexible. I believe it is still the same, but the deposit was $100 & then they send you an invoice for the remaining $400, 30 days after the wedding (which is kinda nice to pay after) So was $500 total if I remember right and you get it the day before for rehersal too. We used the theater dressing room to dress and had an art room upstairs for the guys.
You can use your own pastor/officiant but we ended up going with Bill Humphreys--he was a perfect fit for us and it was $200 (which includes a few meetings prior and the [email hidden (log in to view)]
The chapel is open to the public so you can go and look at it anytime the university is open.
