Hi Kristen,
Thank you and congratulations! Elm Bank was beautiful! The lighting package included a chandelier, sheer draped fabric on the ceiling with lighting and uplights. Design Light arranged with venue directly to set up the day before and tore down the day after. They were around $2,800 - 3,000 (and threw in lanterns in the tent for me). The chivari chairs we rented from Encore (best price and best service around) and were $6.75 per chair with cushions. Elm bank does have chairs you can use as part of venue rental I believe, but they were not the style we were looking for. Encore delivered chairs and caterer set up and re-stacked at the end of wedding (which is standard). Linens we rented through the caterer and were part of total bill, so I don't know the breakdown off hand. But, we did go with the cheapest linens and made our own table runners. I hope this helps!

Thank you so much! That is great information and much appreciated! While I haven't seen the inside of the Hunnewell Building yet, I am already starting to fall in love with the venue as we drove through the reservation last weekend. It is beautiful and I hope we can work it out over there! If you don't ask me probing further, how many guests did you have in the carriage house?

not a problem, I am happy to help! We had 130 people and based on our intentionally spaced out floorplan (combo round and 36" wide rectangle) it was full and comfortable, but not packed and room for more if we had changed layout.(we originally planed for 160 just as comfortably but had a lot of out of towners drop off.). We didn't have dance floor in carriage house, it was in the tent.
