The "kids buffet" saved us so much money, and we got so many compliments on it. "Staff were NOT helpful. Wouldn't accommodate early check in for guests, and seemed quite confused at the concept. My mother in law had made welcome baskets, and they forget to hand them out to many of our guests, and refused to let her provide them with a list of our guests to ensure the rec'd one."
