"Set-up crew arrived late, spilled food in the delivery truck, brought the wrong order of chicken, and had no idea where to set up the chafers and roasters, though there was a clearly designated space. A couple of our GUESTS who had arrived at the reception venue early had to set up our buffet. They did not send enough dinnerware, causing one of the aforementioned guests to call for them to bring more. Also, they did not inform us that we had to specially request servers to change the buffet trays; therefore, my brother, a groomsmen, and mother had to change the trays as they emptied, resulting in my mother sitting down to a cold meal."
