Hey Meagan! It was super easy to reserve. Best part is that it's free! However just make sure you are there early as they don't cordon off the area or anything for you. I had a bunch of people serve as ushers and keep people off. This link, http://www.yorkcounty.gov/Default.aspx?tabid=5152 has the request form that you fill out and mail to them.
We ended up building an arbor and putting it up and actually using some chairs that we rented right in Yorktown. I can send you some pics if you would like.
