Hello Rebecca,
I honestly would not recommend Zilli's at all. They consistantly changed management while working with them, more than half my guests were served raw uncooked meals, the staff helped themselves to my dessert bar and the coordinator the night of the wedding was very unfriendly. They promise alot and unfortunately are only able to give a little.
Its a wonderful location and prices are okay but you can get alot better service elsewhere.

Yes I dealt with Candy as well she was the only helpful one, however once the wedding was over and we were looking for some sort of compensation for the meals we were dealing with other Zilli Family members who were not quite accomodating. I have no idea our wedding event lady that night sorry... the chicken and eggplan meals were all not cooked. I did not eat on my wedding day nor did over 80 of my guests.
You can be as up front with them as possible and hope for the best.
I know of 2 other couples who were also quite unhappy with their overall weddings through zilli's all at O'Donnell park.

Wow, I am so sorry to hear about what you went through on your wedding day, but very thankful that you're letting us know about your experience! My fiancee & I are mostly interested in the outdoor aspect of the Harbor Lights room, as we really want to have our ceremony outdoors & Harbor Lights is large enough to hold our 250 size group. Do you have any other recomendations?? THANKS SO MUCH!!! We really do appreciate it! :o)
