"Our driver was great....once he got there. Two 30-person limos broke down on the day, they were late, we didn't get the coach we wanted and therefore didn't get the experience we wanted. The management did their best to accommodate, ultimately waiving the remainder we owed, but in my opinion, they need to ensure their fleet is operational prior to the day of service (especially for a wedding!)"

"If this was a day of service rating, they would be ranked much higher. Both photographers were great the day of. A little more direction from them in posing, arrangements, etc would have been nice, but all in all they were great on the day of. However, communication with them before the wedding and after was difficult much to frequently. It took more than three months to get our proof dvd from them, and once we received them, few, if any had edits done to them."

"Loved the small setting, and the staff was fantastic. Met our needs perfectly with the exception of rehearsals. For weddings with attendants coming in from out of town, Thursday night rehearsals don't always work."

"The banquet center was great, the venue and staff were perfect for our reception. In a time with overpriced weddings running rampant, the Washington Banquet Center provides a beautiful reception setting at the best value in the area."

"The people at the Hampton Inn went out of their way to make our guests comfortable. They even gave us a banquet room to do a rehearsal in when our chapel wasn't available!"
