The Inn was wonderful to deal with. The price per person depends on what you choose as your entree, what type of open bar you want (if any), what type of hors d'oeuvres you have during the cocktail hour, etc. We decided on a choice of two entrees (chicken and fish),an open bar (tier 2 brands of liquor)for 5 hours (priced by the hour, not by the drink (you have a choice), the standard fare (veggies and cheese buffet)for the cocktail hour, no champaigne for the toast (people toasted with whatever they were drinking) and no extra desert (just the cake--done by Our Daily Bread). I think it worked out to around $75 per person (I can't remember if that includes the built-in gratuity and tax). The Inn does not provide flowers (we used Karen at Best Wishes and were very happy). We did rent chair covers and to-the-floor tableclothes through the Inn. I don't believe they do menu cards (we did those ourselves), but I think they will do place cards for an additional fee (we did our own). They book receptions 9 months in advance and it is first come, first served. I'm sure you can book them sooner than that if they have an opening. Courtney--the special events person--is great and very easy to work with. She really knows her stuff! Most of our guests stayed at the Inn and the whole staff was wonderful. We are from Northern Virginia and I have been to many weddings in this area. The Inn compares as well if not better than many of the venues here--and at probably half the price.
