They went above and beyond from the time we signed our contract until we picked up the leftover favors days later. They were wonderful every time I contacted them for any little question. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and all my guests are raving about the beautiful venue and grounds!"

"Working with Patricia in the Sales office was great. She would email me updates every month of the block that I had used for my guests. The front desk staff the night before and the day of were not as friendly or helpful. There was another wedding being held at the hotel that night also. We came back from our night to be greeted by the night manager telling my husband and I that if our guests were rowdy they will be warned then removed from the premises. However, the other wedding group was up drinking outside the back doors until all hours of the night. Everyone was well behaved and the rooms were very clean. Don't expect the front desk staff to be overly friendly because you are a large group, you will be disappointed."
