"The hotel was very good--the rooms were nice and the group rate was very reasonable. However, their staff was not so good. When people tried to make reservations under the wedding block, the staff usually told them we didn't exist or didn't give them the group rate. There was one person there that knew what she was doing and everyone got in touch with her."
