I needed a company that could come in and follow through with them so my family and myself wouldn't have to. Unfortunately my family felt like the ladies just gave orders to them instead of carry out my wishes themselves. They suggested a seamstress that did not bustle my dress correctly and spilled coffee all over the back of my dress. Mrs. Hogan (the seamstress) denied it and I never got my refund. I ended up bustling my dress and having a brown stain on the back. Had I known this was how it was going to play out, I could have saved about $1000.00 What you pitch, should be what you deliver."
