"My partner LOVES vintage cars and was so excited that we found a limo company that caters to folks who have a love of the old. When we hired our 1952 Cadillac Fleetwood Limo, we were so excited. The customer service was originally wonderful. The day of the wedding, however, was horrible. The car arrived almost an hour late. When it arrived, after briefly doing pictures, we left our ceremony site for our wedding reception about 20 minutes away. 2 blocks from the church the limo broke down. Our driver was wonderful and attempted to do everything he could to get the car going again. He contacted his boss, who left us sitting on the side of the road for over an hour before getting in the car to drive to us. When she finally arrived (1 1/2 hours after we broke down), she didn't even offer us a ride to our reception. I had to contact my father and ask him to drive 20 minutes to where we were to pick us up and then 20 minutes back to the reception location. We were almost 2 hours late for our reception and lost out on valuable time with our guests (and time to eat!). The co-owner offered us 1/2 of the money we paid back, after we asked. Poor service."

"The Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort provided a wonderful reception. We wanted a room overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and they delivered a 6th Floor ball room on the oceanfront! Our guests were treated wonderfully, the food was AMAZING, and the staff worked super hard to make sure our evening was everything that we had wanted."

"The hotel is an older hotel. We picked this hotel for the reception room primarily. Staff worked to accommodate our requests. If you're looking for a decent room at a good rate, this is the place to choose. If you want something a bit more high end, I'd advise to look at the Marriott or the other H.I. location further up the beach (which is where we normally stay!). Overall, a pretty decent place with wonderful staff."
