"We did our wedding and reception here. Loved the beach ceremony! Our wedding coordinator at the hotel was not very involved (alison)- the main girl was great but she was gone our weekend at a different wedding so we worked with an alternate! Overall the reception was beautiful- just some small probs, ie. no utensils or silverware for cocktail hr- not enough bartenders- people were actually going into the bar inside to get their drinks b/c they didn't want to wait! And the bartender for our reception was horribly rude to everyone! Overall it was pretty- I would recommend it, but ask to meet the bartender beforehand- and have at least 2 of them so there is no waiting. Make sure there is a way for people to actually eat their appetizers! And make sure the main wedding coordinator will work with you your weekend and not an alternate! Also- there was a lot of people on the beach- which we were told they would respect the wedding- but they didn't!! We have random strangers directly behind the altar as we're getting married!!"
