"The Jelly Belly Visitor Center is open daily from 9 AM to 5 PM PT, and factory tours operate daily from 9 AM to 4 PM PT, except Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and Easter Sunday. We may also be closed the day before or after these holidays. Tours are especially popular and referred to by many as a "unique and sweet experience". Reservations are not required. Tours are FREE and run daily from 9:00am to 4:00pm*. Tours depart approximately every 15 minutes throughout the day and last approximately 40 minutes. The wait for a tour may be as long as 90 minutes during Easter, Spring Break, summer and the winter holidays; however, the typical wait is just 15 minutes. Please plan to bring strollers or wheelchairs as all areas of the Visitor Center and factory tour are fully accessible.Jelly Belly is a working factory and while we strive to keep all manufacturing areas operating at full capacity throughout the work week, there may be times that certain areas will not be in full operation due to maintenance, safety or operational needs."
