"The Chapel at Mahan's is spectacular with a gorgeous window behind the altar that made for beautiful photos. Make sure you are VERY specific with the team at Mahan's, though, because I was told that they'd set everything up for me, and no one ever even started to put my flowers at the altar (there were only 2 arrangements!)."

"The food was FANTASTIC and the portions were huge. I still hear from our guests how great they were. The maitre'd was not quite on his game (didn't get our plated desserts out and didn't make sure someone handed out our favors) but the food was great. The bathrooms were also small, so you might want to consider how that will look to your guests. The DJ and cake were included in my package, and they were both excellent as well. The sound system is built right in, so no one has to sit next to a speaker stand. There were also LCD TV screens that played photos from throughout the day as well as a slideshow of our childhood pictures, which guests raved about."

"The staff was professional but they had a lot of turnover in the sales department, which made it a little difficult to ensure everything was ready with my reservations. In the end, the manager I worked with was extremely helpful and everything went smoothly. The hotel is very pretty and extremely reasonable for everything it has to offer. We held our rehearsal dinner in one of the ballrooms and also had brunch the morning after the wedding and were very pleased with the food."
