KATHLEEN AND IRA'S WEDDING
September, 2009 in 3585 Greenville Rd. Livermore, CA. 94550
"Our wedding was great. The venue was beautiful. Sadly it was the one day in September to rain, so we couldn't have our reception in the courtyard, but that's supposed to be good luck.
Wedding Mapper was very helpful to create maps for the directions.
Pictures were fabulous, family and friends had a great time."

Livermore, CA, United States"LOVE AUGIE! His pictures are fabulous. We have so much fun with him. During the day of the wedding, you can barely tell that him and his team are there taking pictures. That's what I love too. I don't want to be asked to pose every which way throughout the whole night. He's great."

"The venue itself is gorgeous. We planned the wedding reception to be in their courtyard, but sadly it rained so things got crazy since they had to move things inside. I don't think they really had their act together. It could have been our coordinator, but either way it was pretty disappointing. We had so many questions about what we can and cannot do, questions about the menu, and it was as if our questions forced them to be more clear and redo their menus and FAQs. Our coordinator Alanna was very difficult to get a hold of and always seemed to be on vacation. She was very helpful through email though. I understood her role, and knew not to rely on her for a lot of stuff, but it really felt like she did the bare minimum of her job and did not really care about us. The one thing I was upset about was the top layer of our cake. They did not box it up and give it to us. Apparently they said they did, but it was too late and didn't have anyone to give it to. So of course they threw it out. I was fine with that part, it was just the way I was treated while I was trying to find things out. It was as if the manager did not want to deal with my questions about the cake and was very eager to hang up the phone with me. We had them cater, and the food was just "okay". The kids meals were cold. The pasta dish was pretty small, and cold. The wine is pretty tasty. Overall, I just think it was okay, which is why I'm giving them 4 stars. The price is basically for the look of the place since it's gorgeous."
