"We were not happy at all with this limo service. We did not have the just married signs and baloon bouquet as promised in the contract, our original driver was unprofessional and rude, the radio didn't work, and we asked our driver to help us, he just ignored us. So, we put our CD that we were going to use for dinner music at the reception and ended up forgeting it in the limo. We asked for a particial refund due to the extremely mean and rude driver, not to mention the missing baloons and signs, but our phone calls and emails were ignored."
