"The vendor sends you an outline of how you want your wedding sequence to go along with song selections. The DJ assigned to our wedding had his own agenda. He left out A LOT of songs we wanted. During the introduction of the wedding party he totally butchered the names of both families even after having it written out phonetically for him and he was verbally told the pronunciations. I was horrified when he read my mom's name totally wrong with the wrong last name! I emailed the supervisor after the wedding and the DJ called soon after to apologize. Never did hear back from the supervisor. I would not recommend this DJ. The only reason I have it 3 stars is that he did have everyone dancing. I just didn't get what I expected/wanted."

I just kinda had to eyeball what they were going to do. They exceeded my expectations the bouquets were GORGEOUS!!!!!!!!! Everyone needs to experience their business!"

"Great hall!! SO BEAUTIFUL and ELEGANT!!!!!The only thing didn't like was that the entire time I was planning I was talking with one woman then the day of the wedding it was another woman taking the lead. Some minor things got messed up nothing serious, just thought it would have been right if the woman I was initially speaking with had been there the day of the wedding. Overall, very nice people and would definitely recommend family and friends to that venue."

"I was told that there would be shuttles to and from the church and to and from the venue. They did that but people were left behind and my guests were told wrong times. I had complaints that the people there were rude. The hotel itself was clean. I did not get the service for my guests that I was told I would get. I did love the shuttle but not to have my guests treated poorly."
