"For the most part he was very professional and we were pleased. Although he went over everybody's names and I gave him phonetic spelling but he still mispronounced them several times and he introduced the wedding party out of order."

"These folks were super nice and helpful. We ordered all the flowers wholesale and a close friend assembled the bouquets/boutonnieres. They gave us tips on what to do. One kind of flower didn't arrive on time and they came after closing to deliver them to us. Unfortunately the flowers were not as sturdy/hardy/fresh as they'd claimed and we had to discard a great deal of them. They didn't hold up well though the night. Always order more than you need!"

Limo Company:

"The company split our time since we only needed rides to and from the venue. The driver showed up on time for pickup and asked what time to return. He showed up 30 minutes early and then insisted that if we didn't leave asap, he would leave us. We were forced to leave our own reception early!"

Photographer:

"We got a deal with this photographer though our venue because he is a manager there. He was fully present on the day of the wedding, but otherwise he was a bit aloof. He said the photos would be ready 2 weeks after the wedding. 3 weeks after we had to contact him and got a password to our online hosting. He said our photo book that we ordered was almost finished and he'd get back to us quickly. It has now been 6 weeks and still do not have it. He does seem to be busy juggling 2 aspects of the business, but it feels pretty unprofessional."

Registry Vendor:

"These people are pretty incompetent. We had no problem registering, but immediately after wards we had problems. There were things on the registry we didn't scan, there were 30 items missing we did scan. They couldn't tell me when or if the problems would ever be fixed. We canceled everything with them except gift cards. we then went back with those to purchase 1 item we really wanted and within those 2 months it was no longer being carried by the stores."

Ceremony:

"We really wanted the ceremony and reception to be in the same location and the ceremony outside. Tori's Station fit these requirements at a reasonable price. In retrospect having an overlapping picture/cocktail hour kind of robbed us of that hour during the reception and everything felt rushed, it's something to consider for sure. We did repeatedly feel like we were being "sold" one thing but actually "getting" something else. It all worked out fine in the end but over and over again what the manager had told us was included or not a problem, the wedding consultant gave us trouble about. House wine inclusions, vegetarian menu, gratuity before or after tax to name a few. The wedding consultant frequently had an attitude that rubbed us the wrong way and constantly made us feel that she was doing us a favor and we should know about it. The manager could never remember what he told us from one time to the next. The actual wedding assistant was the nicest most awesome lady ever and her help was invaluable the day of the event! When it came down to the actual day we were prepared for the worst but they all magically came together and pulled everything off seamlessly. They clearly know what they're doing, we just expected a bit more out of the facility both professionally in the planning aspect of things."

Reception:

"The food was great and they worked with us on the vegetarian menu selections, but not without initial confusion. First the manager said it was fine then the wedding consultant said um oh we dunno and we can't order you anything special. It was another main reason we'd chosen the place and to hear that after placing a deposit was not fun. I will say that it was like pulling teeth to actually speak to the chef for 5 minutes about ingredients in some of the things we were interested in serving. The wedding consultant showed a lot of passive/aggressive discouraging about talking to him, while the manager said no problem, it was weird. In the end the food was fabulous and the service was excellent."

"They were really nice. We chose this place because they had a jacuzzi in the room, although it looked like they should've cleaned it more thoroughly. They gave early room access to my Mom and sister but then did not have the room ready when they said and it was not good with them and 3 kids and my husbands sister and mom all waiting in my room. The key card was demagnetized by my cell phone while we were out at the venue and it was a real hassle getting it fixed with dresses and children and food and numerous other things in hand. Eventually it all worked out though."

"We had our rehearsal dinner here. The food was great as usual. The service kinda sucked though. We made the reservation months in advance and kept up contact about the number of guests and time as it got closer. When we arrived they were completely unprepared. They did not have our table ready. We waited like 30 minutes. They moved us 3 times before we finally stayed put. Then servers were visibly and verbally disgruntled about it being separate checks. I have been a server for over a decade and this experience was inappropriate and unprofessional."
