"They closed their doors but kept our deposit 19 days before the wedding. Is there a way to give zero stars? We scrambled for another reception site but it was an incredible hardship. I'll leave the rest of my comments to your imagination."

"Preston Bradley Hall is extraordinarily beautiful. Don't worry about the carpet--you won't notice it once everything is set up. Sound carries very well. Staff is experinced and does a great job. Security was very helpful. Tables are free. Chairs are free or reduced depending on the style. It was a great site for a winter wedding. You can get reduced rate passes for your guest at the North Grant Park Garage which is steps away."
