June, 2008 in Colorado Springs"Our wedding was great. We had a fantastic time, and everything (except the hotel) was amazing. June is a great time to get married in the Springs, but be aware, there are weddings every weekend so it is difficult to book vendors without a year or more notice. Colorado Springs is beautiful in the summer."

"Beautiful ballroom, terrible service. From the time we booked to the time of the wedding we went through 5 different coordinators with the last being two weeks before the wedding. No notes were kept from coordinator to coordinator so we had to start from scratch two weeks before our event. When we finally had everything under control, things still got messed up. They served the wrong entree, the bar wasn't an open bar like it was supposed to be, and the bartenders didn't know how to make anything. They also dropped our cake in the back without telling anyone so people were brought crumbs rather than the hotel offering to reimburse us with another dessert. It took almost two months to get reimbursed for the cake. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."
