September, 2009 in Napa Valley"Our wedding was great! Getting married in Napa was really fun, but very pricey. September is a great time of the year in area, the weather was perfect. Oh, and Wedding Mapper was a great resource to share with our guests. We'd highly recommend using it!"

"I was worried about the florals because the pictures on her website were not my style. My first choice was booked and she came recommended by the wedding planner but I was still hestitant. Although we only talked a couple of times very briefly, she did a great job at interpreting my vision. The flowers were beautiful!! She made the most fabulous ring bearer pillow out of pink roses. She did high and low arrangements with crystals. It was romantic with a little glam. Just what I wanted."

"The driver was terrible. I guess he got lost - even with GPS but the worst part was that he lied. Said he'd arrived in 1 minute 35 seconds and came 45 min later. I rode in the car with my Mother. My bridesmaids rode with him but when they arrived at the venue they were completely shaken up - it was the ride from hell. They thought the limo bus was going to go over the cliff. He was supposed to run a short loop and pick up the groomsmen - he got lost again! The guys had to drive themselves too! So the bus was barely used. To top it off the drivers English was not good at all making it difficult to communicate or guide him. We're still trying to get a refund!"

"These people are TERRIBLE!!! I secured the service with a deposit, the terms of the service changed continuously. Everytime we spoke with Heather or Anita you got different information. It seemed their only mission is to get your money fast and then they became unresponsive to emails and phone calls. However they will blow up your phone to get the deposit. They even attempted to charge my credit card without authorization!! I cannot advise you on the quality of the product. I was uncomfortable and turned off I decided I didnt even want to deal with them. Their approach and tone was the WORST. BTW, after they took my deposit, they told me it would be 4 months until the video was even ready! That seemed ridiculously long too! I suggest you beware, Heather is nice enough when she's after your money but the servcie is terrible."

"Tasha was unavailable but she sent Sarah, one of her assistants. She did our hair and make-up. As an African-American natural haired woman, I was worried about having a white girl I never met or saw her work do my hair, but she did a great job straightening and styling! I LOVED the make-up too. Now they were very expensive, but she was fast, attentive and prompt."
