"Located one block from the capitol on the beautiful State Street, this is a great location. The church inside is both beautifully ornate in some ways and classically simple in others. But most important the Reverend is welcoming. Rev. Reisner helped guide us through the process with helpful suggestions and thoughtful questions that we should consider. While he was firm in his stance that he would have final approval over ceremony choices, he allowed us to write our own ceremony and vows."

"My wife and I had our reception at 11 North Pearl at the end of April. From the beginning Brian (of Classe Catering, the company with the lease to 11 North Pearl) elicited confidence through his professionalism and extensive knowledge. This carried through in the months leading up to the reception as we worked with Brian, Brandi, and Amy (from Event Producers) and the rest of the staff from Classe Catering. For me, one of the best things I can say is that our event was worry-free. After I dropped off the placecards, etc. Leah and I never had to worry about another detail. We were truly able to enjoy our reception as Brian and our Maitre d' made sure that every detail was cared for. Our guests had a fabulous time and were very complimentary of the food and service. Leah and I cannot have dreamed our reception to have been any better. We can attest that you can hire Classe Catering in complete confidence.‎"

"John Hess, the General Manager of the University Club, was one of the nicest and most helpful people we met during our entire wedding planning process. The University Club is well situated near downtown Albany in a beautiful old building. The food was quite good and the staff was extremely friendly and eager to please."
