Cakes/Candies Vendor:

Weil's Bakery

981 King Street West
Hamilton, ON, Canada

"We ordered our wedding cupcakes from Weil's (instead of a traditional cake). We also ordered a small round cake for the cutting of the cake and to save. All our guests loved the 3 flavours of cupcakes. We loved how easy Weil's is to deal with, as well as their chocolate buttercream icing!"

Ceremony:

St. Patrick's Church

440 King Street East
Hamilton, Ontario L8N 1C6, Canada

"The church is very pretty and made for great photos. Being Catholic, we did attend some prep sessions with the priest. We wish there was a bit more focus on us as a couple and less speaking in generalities."

Reception:

Copetown Woods

1430 Concession 2 West
Copetown, Ontario LOR 1JO, Canada

"Nicky and her staff far outdid themselves. In terms of event planning, they did everything for us and we're glad we did not waste money on hiring a planner. We could not have picked a more ideal location. The food was excellent. We had a variety of hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour, pork tenderloin, chicken or vegetarian meal options, and even a late night buffet of sliders and chocolate treats. All our guests were raving about the food. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly."

Hotel:

Courtyard by Marriott

1224 Upper James Street
Hamilton, Ontario L9C 3B1, Canada

"The hotel is nice and clean and centrally located on the mountain. We needed a good hotel because of the amount of out of town guests (40% of our wedding guests). One major issue that kept occuring is that the rates were not always consistent when our guests tried to book online which meant the bride had to always call and get things cleared up. The hotel was made aware of the issues on several occasions and still took months to clear things up. It was a large headache to deal with."
