"This vendor was horrible. They arrived late. They did not have our music in order. You could hardly hear/understand the DJ. There were numerous times the DJ was MIA, and I'd find him at the bar, on his phone. I then complained to the manager and was told that "I was smiling during the reception, so it couldnt have been that bad" Never again."

"They were horrible. They arrived late. I was under the understanding Shannon and Ryan would be filiming the wedding, instead Shannon and some woman arrived. It took 5 months to get our product, and when it arrived in the mail - there was a letter stating that they had a malfunction with the ceremony footage. We did get a refund, but thanks for the notice."
