Hi Kim,

We didn't have a problem with the highway and street noise. When we were standing on the platform during the ceremony, only the people on the platform could hear the noise from the highway (myself, my husband, our priest, and the wedding party) and it wasn't very loud. The guests could not hear the noise at all, and I didn't notice it during the reception either.

Christies was a nice venue, very affordable and convenient since they take care of so many things for you. However, the owners were a little difficult to work with and were not very flexible and had a lot of little rules. I was very laid back about my wedding so this didn't bother me too much, and I let them take care of things how they wanted. However, if you are very particular and specific about how you want things, this may not be the venue for you.
